What we hold, and for how long

Quix Labs UK Ltd. is the data controller for information submitted through this site. We collect only the fields shown on the form: name, role, practice or organisation, practice postcode, work email, optional phone number and an optional list size band.

There is no free-text field anywhere on this site. We do not ask for, and cannot receive, patient identifiable information through it.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to send materials, and to understand where pharmacy coverage is missing. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to advertising platforms.

Records are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. To request a copy of what we hold, or its deletion, email privacy@quixforpractice.com.
